  • Is the van I booked going to be big enough for my move?
    We’ve learned through experience gained by repetition the suitable van for each move. Our dedicated staff ensure to allocate a van that will be be able to hold all your items and then some!
  • Will I be charged a different price at the end of my move?
    No, we charge you only what you agreed to pay when you booked your move.
  • Can I travel with the man and the van?
    Yes we allow customers to travel with the driver in the van at no extra cost.
  • When does your man and van service start and stop charging me?
    We only start to charge you from when the work has started and we stop charging from when your final item has been taken out of the van at the drop off location.
  • What can I do if I have an issue or a complaint?
    Contact our team and we will work tirelessly to ensure all issues at hand are resolved.
